Emergency Assistance: Two Ten Footwear Foundation
- Two Ten stands ready to provide emergency financial assistance, referral services and counseling to the footwear employees and their families at this time. Call 800-346-3210 or visit twoten.org to learn more or apply for assistance here.
- [UPDATED 3/30/20] In the wake of COVID-19, Two Ten has relaxed their eligibility requirements to receive crisis assistance. Associates now only need at least one year of service in the footwear industry for assistance. (Previously the requirement has been two years).
To apply, associates must verify their date of hire in one of three ways:
Email from 3/28 - Associates who were placed on temporary unpaid leave of absence effective March 29 were emailed via personal email address on Saturday, March 28 with information about the leave and unemployment. Included in this email is the associate hire date. Associates may use this email to verify employment for Two Ten.
ADP - Hire date can be found in ADP self-service. Visit portal.adp.com or download the ADP Mobile App. Login and click myself > profile >work info
W-2 - Two Ten will also accept your two most recent W-2 forms, showing that you were at Designer Brands.
